New Shipping Process + Peak Delays

We have a new delivery timeline now that USPS is no longer shipping our vape mail. Please bear with us as we implement and change the new order processing and shipping schedules. Orders may take approximately 8-30 business days, depending on your location and the holiday shipping delays. See the Zip Code Checker page for the delivery days map.

The entire order process will look something like this

Order Processing (preparing for shipping): 3-8 days

Once picked up and on the way to Delivery: 2-10 days

Once received by Delivery Carrier: 3-15 days until delivered (in most areas)

**Tracking will be updated when the delivery carrier receives the package


Adult Signature Required + Fee

In accordance to congressional amendment to the PACT Act (Dec 2020), All vape shipping deliveries, Require Adult Signatures beginning March 27, 2021. Adult Signature fees are added automatically to all order carts. An adult (21+ years of age) is required to provide a valid government-issued ID upon delivery and must sign for the package. Think about delivering to your work or where someone is present to receive your order.


We process orders Monday through Friday, 9am-3pm PST excluding major U.S holidays (Closed on Weekends). Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Fulfillment delays are pushing normal processing times to a range of up to 5 business days. During holidays and sales events, processing times may take up to 10 business days.

Shipping time estimates do not include processing time! Ex. If you choose 3-10 day shipping the following timeline applies. (ex. 1-2 days processing 3-10 business days shipping = possibly 4-12 business days before delivered).

We are currently working on covering the Continental US States that allow vape products to be shipped to. Please see the Zip Code Checker page for our current availability.

Since we are no longer allowed to ship USPS in the Continental United States at this time, We CANNOT ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses etc since this is a USPS only service. Thank you.

International Shipping

We ship international USPS/Global Post, please check the dropdown to see if your country is on the list. International customers must be familiar with their country's customs and import laws before deciding to purchase. Please contact your local authorities for more information about importation of our products. 

EightVape.com is not responsible for confiscation of items or additional duties, fees and taxes imposed by international customs agencies. We do not recall international orders, they will be abandoned if you do not claim it. NO REFUNDS ONCE SHIPPED.

     Please note: USPS does not accept claims for packages marked as “Delivered”. In the event that a package is delivered, but not received, please contact your local postal office immediately. Once the package leaves our facility, it is out of our control.

    Once your order has been shipped or received by the carrier, the tracking number will be sent to the email address from your order. At this time, tracking has different timelines depending on the carrier. Please allow 5-12 business days to receive initial tracking info. If the order has taken over 15 days from receiving tracking or if the tracking has not updated within 10 days of receiving it, please let us know and we can take action at that point.

    Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation for your package has not updated in a few days. Depending on the delivery carrier, there may not be updates when the package is in transit between facilities. We will continue to improve these processes.

     EightVape does not guarantee shipping or transit times, shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Once packages are shipped, you must deal directly with your chosen shipping service or reach out to Route Shipping Insurance for covered issues. Please see the Route rules and regulations that are emailed to you.

    EightVape is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. Every package includes protection by Route. Route shipping insurance covers packages that are lost in transit, damaged in delivery, or possibly stolen.

    Route offers direct support to all of our customers. After purchase you will receive an email with details about your insurance coverage and tracking options. They will handle your claim directly. You will be able to access their app or website for updates on your package or claims.

     !! Some of the tracking features are not integrated with all of our carriers !!

    Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Please make sure you add unit or apartment numbers where applicable. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or cause orders to be returned to sender. We will not reship any order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.

    Return To Sender:

    If we receive an order that was sent back due to non-delivery, we will attempt to contact the customer to resolve the address issue. Packages will be held up to 3 business days before we cancel the order and issue a credit, less the original shipping fee or the cost of shipping.

    Address Verifications:

    If we cannot ship an order due to a missing/incomplete/wrong address, we will hold the order for up to 3 business days while attempting to make contact with customers. After 3 business days, we will cancel the order and credit your original payment form.
