This was my worst vape purchasing experience ever. They charged me 15$ for my order to be signed by someone over 21. They charged me over 25$ for 7-10 day shipping. Well over a month later my product finally arrived left in the mailbox with no parental signature or way to deny the shipping. It’s now sitting on my counter until I drive a hour back in to town to Return ship the package. Which I now have to pay for. This company is happy to take every last dollar they can get with no guarantee on your product. I’ve had long wait times but this was the worst experience.

The reason for my 3 stars was because of the amount of time it takes for delivery. That is my only complaint! If the they could offer some kind of "fee" based delivery for "faster" shipping "than" I would give "5-stars"!!

Placed a order November 28th and after a month of sending tickets to customer service, I finally heard back and apparently they couldn't find my order. They asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement, I chose replacement and well I'm still waiting on that!! It's only been almost 2 months and probably 8 customer service tickets!!

I never got my order. they never delivered it, I would email them constantly and never hear back. All they could say was there was no signature on delivery and it was shipped back and they couldn't refund me until they received the product. Well apparently that never happened so I'm out over $100 and I guess just eff me, so I won't be doing any business with these people anymore

The price is good the shipping is hit or miss Some orders get shipped fast some take days to go out They charge you EXTRA for an adult signature then when it arrives it gets dropped off in mail box NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED and they sent my order out 2 days later they say they cant ship to my zip code

Love "the ONE" beard co. Product. Wish you carried more of the other flavors in stock. My favorite is No.32 cinnamon funnel cake. Was pleasantly surprised how quick the last order came. Just wish we didn't have to pay the extra fee to purchase vape products online on top of the shipping fees. Would be nice if you offer free shipping on occasion especially if it's just when purchasing one product.

Ok i had to try it because of its ratings everywhere on every vape site and being one of the top vape juices of 2020. It's not bad. Very accurate... But... Too sweet and too strong for my tpp coils. It's not bad being in my digiflavor drop v1. 5 rda... And not bad in my uforce tnk. But tpp coils just produce massive flavor from every juice. So, luckily I have the other tanks.

I ordered two bottles (Beard 32, which is amazing and 5 stars) and some coils.
One bottle was defective: liquid was leaked inside the cap and the seal was broken, yet it wouldn't even open (not that I would feel safe using it even if it would open). So I sent them an email with photos and a detailed description of the issue and asked what my options were. I received an intensely patronizing email response stating that 1) they are 100% sure that it was USPS that damaged the bottle, as opposed to it leaving their warehouse defective (which is extremely unlikely as the package was pristine, no bumps or other damage to any of the other items in the package, and no dents or outward damage to the bottle in question), and 2) that they don't refund for items damaged by USPS. This is horribly bad business practice, and as a business owner myself, I know that it is the responsibility of the merchant to get the customer either what they paid for or a reimbursement. And if this happens so often that they actually need this policy, well, that is what shipping insurance is for. The email also said to not respond to it because any responses would go to an unmonitored email address.
An overall very infuriating experience. That was my first, and definitely last, order from Eight Vape.

LOVE this vape flavor and have been using it for awhile now. I've been using a different company to purchase from and thought I would try out Eight Vape. Although probably no fault of your own, I have yet to receive my order and it has been over a week. Not to mention I believe my shipping cost was over $18. The company I ordered from for the last two years always had it at my door within 3 days. And at $9 to ship! So while I will stick with the juice, I don't know that I would use Eight Vape to order from again unless shipping options change. For $18, I would think it would arrive via FedEx and already be sitting on my counter.

Trying a bunch of new juices and I’m a dessert flavor junkie. When I saw this flavor and all the good reviews I got really excited. But when I tried it (with two separate tanks with new coils) it was way too sweet even for me and it didn’t taste like cinnamon funnel cake. Just waaaaaaaay too sweet.
It’s a shame because now I can’t trust reviews for ejuice at all. Everyone seems to love just about everyTHING.

I reached out to customer service and was told once it ships, I have to deal with shipping company. Then proceeded to tell me they would not ship a replacement order, a refund for my order or the shipping fee. I never asked for any of those things, just felt rude and definitely not helpful.
